Each company has a wallet. You top it up by M-Pesa and the plans are paid from it, one at a time or several at once.

Before you start.
How do I ask the Tax Authority for authorisation to use it?
The company hands in a request letter at its tax office, with the software’s technical description attached. The letter template and the description are in the app, under Useful documents.
How do I pay?
You top up the company’s wallet by M-Pesa and the plans are paid from it. There is no card.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. When you create the company, you get 30 days of the Premium plan of Commercial Management, with nothing to pay and no card.
And when the period ends?
The plan renews on its own, paid from the wallet. Before that, we email you the amount, so you can top up in time.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving up changes at once, and what was left of the previous plan goes back to the wallet. Moving down, the new plan starts when the current one ends.
And if I want to cancel?
Cancelling is not renewing: the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. What you have paid is not refunded.
How many users do I get?
Three per company, on any plan, each with their own permissions. For more, there are user packs; talk to us.
What support do I get?
The team is in Maputo and answers in Portuguese or in English, by phone, email or WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Through the form, we reply within one working day.
